SCIFATE PTE. LTD. built the Lunaris-Advisor app, which provides a platform that enables you to find and connect with the users to provide Consultation and Q&A service.

Lunaris-Advisor app respects your privacy. Accordingly, we have developed the Privacy Policy. PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose, and use personal information.

If you choose to use our services, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this Privacy Policy. The personal information we collect is used to provide and improve the services. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means. We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft and =unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

If you are a Advisor in the European Union, in addition to the terms set out in the Privacy Policy below, you may also review the Supplementary Terms for EU Advisors. The Supplemental Terms form an integral part of this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at Lunaris-Advisor app unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

1. What Data We Collect

Lunaris-Advisor app may collect certain data which will not be beyond what is reasonable to provide our product or service during your visit or using Lunaris-Advisor app. This section describes the different types of personal information we collect from you and how we collect it.

(a)
Login information.WWhen you apply to register as a Lunaris Advisor, you first need to log in with your own cell phone number and captcha.
(b)
Advisor certification information.When you apply for certification as a Lunaris Advisor, you will need to provide the following information: your real name, community nickname, social account (Whatsapp, etc.), gender, date of birth, cell phone number, email, address, community avatar, voice self-introduction, ID photo, community homepage photo, homepage publicity photo, personal introduction, educational background, consulting working time, work experience, good work field, active time, award certificate, Payout information. Please note that in order for users to get to know you better, certain information will be publicly displayed within the app, such as community nickname, community avatar, voice self-introduction, community homepage photo, etc.
(c)
Communication information.When you connect with a user, we need to collect your recordings of your communications with users, time, communication object (user), billing information (credits obtained, duration, and connection object), and comment received (comment time and content).
(d)
Live information.When you use the live room feature, you need to provide your live title, stream type, stream cover. During the live broadcast, when you respond to users' call needs, we need to collect your live broadcast content, time, connection object (user), and billing information (credits obtained, duration, connection object). It should be noted that the live broadcast room is a relatively public environment, please do not disclose personal information during the live broadcast, otherwise you shall bear the adverse consequences caused by this.
(e)
Private chat information.When you chat privately with an advisor, we need to collect your chat content, time and object (advisor).
(f)
Device information and service log information.Wn order to provide you with services, during your use of Lunaris-Advisor, we will collect your device brand, device model, device screen resolution, operating system version, operating system language, device MAC address, device serial number, unique device identification code (Android includes IMSI, IMEI, Android_ID, iOS includes IDFA (system advertising identification)), network type, IP address, service log information, etc. It should be noted that device information, service log information, etc. alone cannot identify a specific natural person, and will not be regarded as personal information unless such information is combined with other personally identifiable information.
(g)
Other personal information you choose to share for us to fulfill your service requests. (For example, the questions or personal information you provide when you book a reading, such as your physical health and/or mental health, sexual orientation, etc. Please note that if you do not wish to disclose this information, you should not do so)
2. How We Use Your Personal Information

For the purpose of performing the contract between you and us or to provide you with our products or services. In different scenarios, depending on your use of services, you need to provide certain personal information, or we actively collect certain personal information about you, or we obtain your personal information from third parties with your consent. Please see Section 1 of this Privacy Policy for details.

For security reasons.It is used to identify the abnormal status of the account, understand the suitability of the equipment, solve product failures, ensure the security of your account, transaction security and system operation, prevent and identify fraud and other illegal activities, and ensure the normal operation of the products or services we provide.

For data statistics or analysis.In order to improve our products or services, we may de-identify or anonymize the collected information for internal audit, data statistics, data analysis and research.

We may contact you through the personal information you provide (such as email address) and use your personal information to respond to your needs and solve your problems.

3. How We Share Your Personal Information

Lunaris-Advisor app respects your privacy and will never sell or trade your personally identifiable information to third parties. However, we will share your personal information with third parties in the following cases:

Share with users.If you respond to the user's call or chat, we will share your microphone, live broadcast or chat content with the user so that the you can provide the user with the service. It is important to note that the user may be located in a different jurisdiction..

Sharing with affiliates.Our products or services may be provided by our affiliates and your personal information may be shared with our affiliates. We will only share personal information that is necessary and is bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

Sharing with authorized partners.For the purposes and use stated in this policy, some of our business will be assisted by authorized partners, and we may share some of your necessary personal information with authorized partners. Our partners are not authorized to use the shared personal information for any other purpose. For example, our payment services providers handle financial transactions relating to Lunaris. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for processing payments for services or products as well as refunding such payments.

For legal reasons.Where required or permitted by law, we may share your information with courts, law enforcement, governmental or public authorities, arbitration institutions, authorized third parties, or as reasonably necessary to disclose your information: (i) to comply with our legal obligations, (ii) to comply with a valid legal request (such as a subpoena or court order) or to respond to a claim against Lunaris; (iii) respond to valid legal requests related to criminal investigations to address suspected or suspected illegal activity; (iv) necessary for the performance of our agreement with Advisors, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Lunaris, its employees, Users, advisors or members of the public.
4. How Long Your Personal Data Will Be Kept and Protected

We will retain your personally data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which such personal data is processed. Please note, however, that we may retain and use your personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically and reasonably feasible to remove such information from our databases, which means that we may retain and use your personal data as necessary after you stop using our platforms.

We strive to use various security measures to protect the personal information you provide against unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of data. 5. How We Use The Cookies

Access, modify, correct, supplement, delete your personal information.When you register as a user of Lunaris-Advisor, you have the right to access, modify, correct, supplement or delete some of your personal information through the Lunaris-Advisor app. It is important to note that some information we collect may not be modified or deleted due to the requirements of laws and regulations, the needs of our business operations or security, such as your identity information.

Cancel your account.6.2 Cancel your account. You have the right to cancel your registered account at any time via the Lunaris-Advisor app. In particular, your decision to voluntarily apply for account cancellation means that you confirm that there are no unresolved disputes with Lunaris, and irrevocably waive all rights and interests in the Advisor account. Once the Advisor account is cancelled, it cannot be recovered, and you will not be able to retrieve all the content and information in the Advisor account and related to the account. It should be noted that: i) if the contract between you and us stipulates otherwise, we may refuse your request to cancel your account until the conditions for cancelling your account have been met; ii) If you are in breach of contract, we have the right to refuse your request to cancel your account until the dispute between the parties is resolved.
6.3
Respond to your above request.If you are unable to manage your personal information through the Lunaris-Advisor app, you can contact us via email lunaris@scifate.com. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity and respond to your above request.
7. Links to Other Sites

Lunaris-Advisor app may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Minors under Age 18
8.1
Our services offered herein are not intended for persons under the age of 18. Lunaris-Advisor app prohibits children under the age of 18 from using all interactive portions of this app, including leaving any comments, filling out forms, or otherwise submitting information.
8.2
Lunaris-Advisor app will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are under the age of 18 or If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at lunaris@scifate.com so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
9. International data transfers
9.1
Please note that due to the global nature of our business, we may transfer your personal data outside your country of origin with our group companies, subcontractors and partners in order to provide our service to you. You understand and consent to the transfer.

Your continued use of any of Lunaris-Advisor app after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.

We only use your information in a lawful, transparent and fair manner. Depending on the specific personal data and the actual situation, when Lunaris processes personal data as a data controller, we will rely on the following legal bases applicable in your jurisdiction:

Required by contract.When you use our products and services, we will enter into a service contract with you. On this premise, we will process your personal data as required by our contract. If we can’t process your personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products and services in Lunaris-Advisor App.
